The film I am analyzing is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The series has multiple genres. They are Fantasy Fiction, Drama, Young adult fiction, Mystery, Thriller and Bildungsroman.
Special effects are very crucial in this film because there are a lot of creatures that may not be easy to practically create, e.g. The Hungarian Horntail Dragon.
The soundtrack, composed by John Williams, is influential to the audience because it changes slightly every film to fit that films tone.
Fantasy is a genre that typically features the use of magic or other supernatural phenomena in the plot, setting, or theme. Magical or mythological creatures often feature, as well as races other than humans, such as elves, dwarves, or goblins.
Mise-en-scene is important to this film because the setting is very important as are the props, costumes and visual themes.
