3.3           Carry out own responsibilities
3.4           Contribute to the successful completion of the team activities

| carried out my role to the best of my responsibilities. I carried the props to the film set and gave them out.

4.              BE ABLE TO REVIEW THE TEAM ACTIVITIES

4.1. Feedback on own actions in relation to the overall team activities

I did everything required of me for this activity. I sourced and located the props and brought them to the location of production.

This is a short report to cover the following
*How close was your final production to the initial ideas that you had?

It was similar, due to the fact they were both zombie movies, but it had some minor differences. Instead of the group going inside, splitting up and then reuniting, it was instead the group dragging their friend away from a zombie chasing them.

*How successful was your pre production process – evaluate your role then talk about your contribution  to the process

Pre-Production went well with the exception of the screenwriter not turning up resulting in us having to rewrite it in a day. I did well to locate the props with short notice.

* How was your time management on this project?

It was good. I managed my responsibility's quickly and efficiently.

* What have you learnt from this activity?

That communication is key. And to always expect at least one thing to go wrong.

* What do you feel went well, and what things would you try to improve the next time?

What went well: Once filming started there wasn't too many interruptions. What could be improved: Time management, organisation, people expecting others to know everything when said person has given vague instructions, people thinking they are in charge and acting as though they can do no wrong.

4.2   Describe different team members’ contributions

Matthew and Deacon directed.
Dan edited.
Layton scouted locations.
Sam was cinematographer.
Ofenste did makeup.
James acted.
Jamie wrote a script.

Describe your team mates roles , evaluate how you worked as a team ..

Matthew and Deacon were directors. They made sure everyone was doing their respective roles and looked over the whole production. Dan edited all the clips shot together into one cohesive film. Layton sourced locations for production to take place. This means he located areas that suited the needs of the directors and screenwriter. Sam and Karim were cinematographers. They filmed the shots from the script. Ofenste provided make up for the actors and applied it to them for the shots.
James acted in the film. Jamie wrote the script, allowing production to take place. As a team we did not work well. There were a lot of miscommunications and even some arguments. But we got through them and managed to make the film.

*How successful was your pre production process – evaluate your role then talk about your contribution  to the process.

My pre-production process was simple and easy. I sourced and located the props used in the film. It wasn't a big contribution but it was an important one as the film would have been completely different without the props I brought in.

* How did you manage your time as a group ? – did you work together to be able to solve any issues or concerns ?

Time was managed but not without it's problems. It took a while to get started because the directors were discussing different locales but once they agreed it went quite quickly, bar a few intrusions.

* What have you learnt from this project about working as a team that you will take on board for your next project ?

That we need to communicate as team better than we did for this. And people need to specify what they want instead of being vague and expecting people to know what they want.

* What do you feel went well, and what things would you try to improve the next time?

Once we got started it went smoothly but I would try to improve communication and time management.
