As a part of my movie, the start of the recording is actually shown. My actor, placed the camera at eye level and spoke directly to it (which was how my movie was meant to be).
As we used a phone (Huawei p10 plus) to film all he had to do to start recording was press the 'record' button his phone's video. To view the footage on the phone you go to the 'photos' application and select the video section. The phone's video resolution for the movie was 1920px1080p.
