Teamwork Tyneside Cinema

Be able to contribute to the setting of team and individual goals:

The goal of the team was to film and edit a movie trailer for a specific genre. The genre we were given was crime/neo noire.
The aim of the project was to see how we worked as a team. We aimed to achieve this goal by deciding as a group who should be in what roles and then working to the best of our ability to make our trailer as good as it could be.

Understand own and others responsibilities in achieving the team goals/Be able to plan and undertake team activities:

I, along with Karim, edited the footage once it was shot. Ofenste was director, and the rest took turns being in charge of sound, lighting and camera work. After each scene was shot we would discuss ideas for the next scene as a group although there wasn't much room for any of them as we were following a script. The equipment used was a camera, a mic, costumes and props (clothes to fit the genre and some prop weapons), lighting equipment and a computer and editing software for post production purposes.

Be able to review team activities:

My strength was that I contributed ideas for the editing although I didn't do much editing myself. My weakness was that I didn't really wan't to appear on camera which maybe I should have.
